Would not recommend unsanitary bathrooms only thoroughly cleaned when discharged. Also not offered to wash up with soap water only gave towels daily then. Left on your own

This institution is ONLY concerned with getting a DNR, so that when their negligence and abuse brings about the decline and ultimately the death of your loved one, they can just say that it was due your "loved one's" age or poor health.
