Severely outdated from the exterior to the interior. Black mold found thru out the facility and in residents rooms. Very foul urine odor as soon as you come thru the entrance. Water stains on ceilings. Signs of age and wear. Housekeeping staff needs to pay attention to other areas to be cleaned, besides waxing and buffing the floors. Cobwebs found near windows and in dining hall. Not a very cozy and warm atmosphere as this facility reminded me of a hospital morgue. Residents seemed unhappy, along with nursing staff. Housekeeping crew standing around outside smoking and throwing their butts onto the property, instead of disposing them in ashtrays. There is not any outside seating or a nice courtyard for the residents to enjoy. Trash was overflowing in dumpster. Stray cats were spotted on the property. Mouse traps were seen in the kitchen and certain areas of building. The nursing home looked overcrowded and depressing. But I just couldn't get over the URINE odor that sits and lingers all day. Housekeeping staff was rude towards residents and other staff.
