This was a horrible place for my mom's last days on earth. She was on third floor where it appeared there were less staff to care for patients. My mom couldn't sleep one night and nurse put her in a hallway chair in front of nurse's station and placed her walker not within reaching distance. The nurse left her unsupervised for a few minutes to attend to another patient. My mom confused got up fell and broke her hip. Because of her frail cardiac condition and cancer she could not be operated on. We had hospice come in and four days later she passed. The nursing staff is negligent and careless. The facility was untruthful about my mom's fall and notifying us of her condition. It was a heartbreaking situation no family should go through.

One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
