One of the worst places I have ever been to see someone I love. Staff doesn't want to be bothered with doing their jobs on any level. The entire facility smells of urine anytime you go to visit. My loved one was left to sit on the urine-soaked chuck. When asked why they were not using the bathroom they stated they were told to just use the bed because staff was too busy to aid them in using the bathroom. Elderly people are very susceptible to UTIs which can cause delusional behavior causing them to appear to have dementia. The owners need to clean house and start fresh from the top to the bottom.

They steal from and disrespect your loved ones. They will pry open locked furniture behind your back. Take purses and personal belongings. The care and concern is pitiful. If you hate your loved one this is the place for them. If you love your loved one please keep looking else where. Just one heart broken family member.
