While my Mother in law was there , my husband nor myself ever received a phone call to update us on her condition, we always had to call and ask how she was and how she was doing. We had dropped off clothes for her and they assured us they would wash her things, but after bringing her home we found soiled undergarments in her bag along with her pants., very disappointing. Also they told her about her discharge at 8am on Monday morning and called her POA at 4pm that day to say she's getting discharged tomorrow no time for us to prepare or make arrangements, they never asked us who we wanted for her medical supplies, just went ahead and set it up on their own, which was not who we wanted to go with, then tell us they can't transport her home because the medical place would not allow her to take their oxygen home if she was not using that company, she had to wait till we could verify the medical supply company of our choice. It really was a mess. We are very disappointed in so many ways.

More interested in cosmetics than caring. Understaffed, constantly. NO positive feedback from supervisory staff. An RN left a resident unsupervised after being directly ordered to watch him personally. That resident walked away from the building and hitchhiked to his home. When the family called the RN, he insisted that the resident was sleeping in his room.
