DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!
Just last week 91 year old Lady fell in the bathroom. No one came to help. When another patient told the nurses she was in there, they were rude to her and told to mind her own business. My mother has been in there for a month for rehab. She's had one bath, nurse told her she didn't want to change the dressing on her wound, not given her medications on time, overdosed her one night and they had a hard time waking her up the next morning. Even the doctor told my mom she was overdosed!! One night she was still awake at 4:00am in pain, buzzed the nurses station, no one came, she put herself in a wheelchair and went out into the hall to find a nurse...NOT ONE NURSE was at the station. They were all outside smoking, laughing. the nurse told my mom "can't you wait until my break is over.". The meds were already late!! One older lady was there with her husband, he laid in the bed and died of pneumonia because they wouldn't send him to the hospital or tend to him properly. Now the lady is all alone there with no one to keep a check on her! God have mercy on her and protect her! The State Health Inspectors or TV station or somebody needs to come in there and check on these people and this facility. I sure do plan to report them.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. Was needing rehab thus the reason I was there to check out the place. The therapy staff were unfriendly and just not welcoming. From others that I know that have had loved ones in this facility, they were not pleased with the therapy staff as well. Many people in the community have stated that the therapy department is nothing like it used to be. Therefore I took my mom elsewhere.
