They were so kind and attentive to my family member . I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say when I brought up any issues or had questions. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here when I call to check on my family member. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour to get it answered. Their primary concern is my family members safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine or hers immediately. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me feel like I had made the right decision about having my family member placed there. The staff really knows what they're doing, and do everything possible to make the residents and their familys feel comfortable and well involved in there familes care plans. Very clean facility with wonderful employees.

Appearance was ok it was the attitude of the staff that made me feel out of place. I was visiting a couple of people i knew there and during my visits each time i noticed how staff espectially cna's talked to the patients and how they made them wait to get diaper changes. I have always been told that a wet bottom causes more problems if we stay in it. so to hear a cna tell a patient to pee in her diaper and she would change her on her rounds i was out raged!!! this happened on two visits I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset.
