The facility said they could not return one of the drugs (Lorazepam) that were sent in with my mother-in-law. When I told them I am an attorney, suddenly it was okay for that drug to come back. However, it came back 10 tablets short although no medications were given to my MIL during her stay. An inventory of personal effects was filled out completely incorrectly, and a large waterproof mattress pad that had her name and phone number prominently written on it is still missing 3 days after my initial inquiry about it. And I had pointed out the mattress pad to the intake nurse and made sure he knew I wanted it returned. The facility seemed to be very clean, but if you take anyone there, be sure to have your drugs and all belongings inventoried in your presence.
