All I can say is.? Don’t put your loved ones in here. They will get neglected! It’s dirty. I cleaned the filter for the air/ heat. It was THICK with dust. Floors are sticky. The dining room is disgustingly dirty. Aides that would rather play on their phones or sleep in front of the TV. They all gave bad attitudes! And are not helpful.
