My mother is at this place.She has fallen quite a few time's. This last tome she hurt her hand the staff put steri strips on it. Hospice had her taken to memorial hospital the doctor couldn't remove them. He said it would remove all the skin from her hand. They should have taken her to the hospital to be treated but they didn't. When we got to the hospital 3 hours later it was still bleeding. I feel she should have been taken amedely for proper treatment. Not happy at all they couldn't treat it because of the steri- strips.

The new office manager and her staff are harassing me about my mother's payment before it is even due. The bill states it is due before the 10th of the month and yet they are calling on the 8th to discuss the past due amount. This month they went so far as to send statements to everyone on my mother's contact list. They want me to sign up for electronic payment, but I do not trust their aggressiveness in trying to collect before the bill is due.
