My sister has been in this nursing home for years and we try to visit her each year. We're from Virginia so it is quite a trip for us. They seem to take good care of her and they've always been friendly and helpful when we have visited. We can't comment on a lot of the survey questions because they don't apply to us. I'm just so grateful that she is in a good place and that they are taking good care of her. Her room overlooks the yard and they keep it nice and I know she enjoys going outside.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. the food is bad the bookkeeping system needs updated and need to be more detail
