Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. Most of the staff members are violent towards the residents and other staff members either verbally or physically. Management is aware of the problems and seem to never want to do anything about it. i dont know how state allows this place to operate still. Heritage Park is a horrible excuse for a nursing home and i pray for all of the residents that are being "cared" for in this facility.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
