I am impressed with the number of loving and caring staff this home employs. The CNA's work hard. They deserve so much. People like Asia, April, Yonna, Tikea, Caitlin, Amanda, Debbie and Kendall give you confidence that your loved one is cared for.
Nurses like LeQuisha, Val,Debbie, Emily, Jim, and Paula watch your loved one's health like they are looking out for their own family.
I ate with the residents. Don't know the names of the kitchen personnel, but i saw how kind and generous they were.

The social worker met with patient and family in the hallway for a scheduled meeting. The main concern was nutrition which the staff fails to address. The supplements to the unpalatable puréed diet was never provided even though patient was told milkshakes could be given. Family had to bring it in. When switched to a mechanical soft diet, patient still served puréed and when servers and nurse were informed, told couldn't do anything about it because the computer entry wasn't made. Communication between staff members practically non existent. Physician orders apparently are over ridden. Too much reliance on technology instead of patient needs and comfort. Nurses forget to provide information. Would not refer to the facility.
