My grandmother was at Heritage Manor for several years in the 1970's; my aunt is a resident now. I have always been impressed by the care and management of the home. Special kudos to Gary Weiss (exec dir) and his staff for their years of hard work. Gary's been there 38 years!!!!

It is obvious that their facility is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I noticed their credentials hanging on the wall right away when I walked in the door. It made me even more confident that they were qualified. The staff is great about turning their phones off when they come into work. Their full attention is always on the patients. I was so impressed with the staff. They were so kind, considerate, and respectful. The staff was so respectful and courteous. They spoke kindly to all the patients, and never used any foul language or gossiped in front of the patients.
