HERITAGE HALL IS A PLACE FOR REHAB, BUT THE SAD PART IS THAT THEY KEEP PATIENTS AS LONG AS THEY CAN BECAUSE THEY WANT MORE MONEY FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANIES. THE PERSONAL CARE IS TERRIBLE I WAS HERE FOR 13 DAYS AND NOT ONE SHOWER NOW THATS DISGUSTING. ONE REASON THEY HIRE THE WORST PEOPLE TO CARE FOR THE PATIENTS. I PERSONALLY WOULD NEVER EVER ALLOW MY FAMILY MEMBERS TO BE IN THIS AWFUL PLACE.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
