I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They took wonderful care of my Mother , I use to be a CNA and I knew the routine, they meet my expectations. Yes they are sometimes short staffed but show me a skilled nursing facility that isnt.
