I understand that they are busy, but when a resident has there call light on for more than 10 minutes, you need to HELP THEM! If you are there with a broken leg, you better learn to get up and go by yourself...Staff will not help you. They do not do therapy when they say you will do it. They will not ask if you want to do activities. They were barely helpful at all. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
