THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IN SACRAMENTO TO PLACE A RESIDENT
VERY RUDE AS WELL AS UNSKILLED STAFF INCLUDING NO ENGLISH SPEAKING NURSES AND STAFF.
VERY DIRTY, UNCLEAN, HAD ROACHES IN THEIR VISTOR BATHROOMS AND FREQUENTLY HAVE FACILITY WIDE INFECTION ISSUES.
