Do not put anyone you care about in here or even anyone you do not care about! I wish I could give it less than 1 star. It deserves none. My mother was there for 1 week and we pulled her out today..11-25-16. Yesterday they sent her to the ER without notifying anyone in her family, my brother or myself, that she had even went there. NO ONE WAS TOLD ANYTHING even when we called after finding out about it.My son., her grandson, went to visit her and discovered she was not there and they sent her to the ER. Nothing as to why or what happened offered either. I called twice trying to get answers and was put on hold twice and left to just sit there with no one even speaking to me. Here my mother had a stroke! Do not go there! We got nothing in the way of any apology or an explanation.

Filthy. Management not qualified. 3 administrator s in one year. Nursing director unknowlegable with bogus resume claims & degrees. Wears a princess hat. Understaffed. Psych patients roam the halls & physically & verbally abuse all.police often needed.
