I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
