As most places there were those who did care and helped, however the majority, especially the Director of nursing did not do anything
but create a hostile environment for me and my father. My Father had dementia and he never even had and arm alarm and was found in parking lot by someone delivering food to employee. As I said, there were some really helpful staff however I had to go to staff lounge to get aids to assist me with my father and they were doing a lot of texting.
His cloths were lost, his shoes weren't on, he was not able to feed himself and they would just set his try in his room (he lost 15 lbs within first 2 weeks. I would not take my enemy to this dump! They prefer vegetables here so they can just shove them in a hall and let them sleep.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
