It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. They need to move to a quieter location. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. The cologne they wore was absolutely terrible and almost unbearable. They should have considered their clients before putting it on.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
