Its been years since we were last there yet we recall a very attentive staff, friendly, and the rooms are not that bad for veterans.

MOST of the staff are rude and unwelcoming! They are on their cell phones more than they do their job. Always taking breaks as well. I overhear them talking about everyone, residents and co-workers every time I am there. They are not professional and its not the kind of place I want my family member at. They really need to hire some good working people, I see new ones ALL the time, either quitting or getting fired. I dont like this place.
