German roach infested. Building in disrepair. Bathroom very dirty. The place smells of urine and worse. The large majority of the staff lacks compassion and are very unprofessional and poorly trained. I believe there is a strong element of laziness combined with serious under staffing (I guess to maximize profits). The family who owns this facility, and lies about what a fine facility it is, are a disgrace to humanity, They leave the poor souls in their care sitting in wheelchairs all day without making any attempt at moving them so they can exercise a bit. They DO NOT give them water so they won't have to change diapers and help them go to the bathroom. They forget to give medication. They blatantly lie about their service on their website. Really, if you care about your family member DO NOT SEND THEM THERE. I would give this review a ZERO if this site let me. INHUMAN TREATMENT of weak and elderly. SHAME ON YOU.

Somewhat, they eventually called me back

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
