Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many, and that attention was not consistent among staff members. I had real problems arranging appointments for specialists and medical tests, while I was there. This problem was exacerbated by the removal of the phone in my room. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them of doctors' instructions and tests needed. Even then, often, I was ignored. I might refer family or friends, but would strongly caution them of the weaknesses.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
