I am a retired nurse and after a fall I was placed in Burgess Square for Rehab. The employes were wonder ful and knowledgeable it was apleasure to be there.

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.
