Recent Reviews
Good luck getting phone calls through to the nursing staff to answer questions or requests. Billing office staff is rude and not helpful at all. Patient care is routine and no personal consideration given to individual patient needs. Don't bother using the "call button for a nurse" as those are ignored and you'll get no assistance. The nurses's station is basically a social gathering spot by the staff, as that is where you'll always find them, completely ignoring the patients; that is if they aren't sitting around some place else. Patient's are handled rather roughly. My poor dad's arms and legs were covered with bruises and scratches where he was pulled on and bumped against things.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
