Recent Reviews
Lazy staff, and management. They take forever to send a resident to the hospital, when they really need to go. Staff sits around nurse stations talking and texting on cell phones. CNAs take forever to answer call lights. That's the reason why they have so many falls. Director of Nursing and Administrator are worthless. They stay in the offices, and never walk around the building to see the real thing!. Lazy staff, bugs, fezes in shower rooms, residents laying for hours in their own urine, staff taking residents belongings. Clothes, money, etc. I just can't describe how horrible this nursing home is. I feel really sorry for the residents. If you have a love one at bay center, please start looking for another nursing home today!

I called to get Information on my mother they were rude even hung up the phone it took.Me 4 times of calling before anybody would awnser needless to say she is dying because of them!!!
