They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. FIND A BETTER PLACE PLEASE!
