my husband was in arbors east and i would never send him or anyone there again. you ask for information on your family member and you get nothing. my husband had been there a while and they were told several times he hadn,t had a shower for a while and it took 4 or 5 times of telling them he needed a shower before he got one. the last few days he was in there he said he didn,t feel safe there and wanted to come . they would stand outside him room at night and laugh and talk loud so he couldn,t sleep and one night there was a fist fight in one of the rooms next to him. if you ever have to put a loved one in a nursing don,t go to arbors east.
