It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Top of the line service my foot, my MOTHER was in there for a few days and an empty IV bag hang for 3 days. When she was released from the hospital(use the term lightly) it took her 7 hours to released. Her doctor released her at 7:30am she walked out at 2:30pm. The nurses on the 4th floor were too busy being social to do their job. The admistration at the (hospital) must not know whats going on.Because they have always been very nice. It's not that they are understaffed, but that their staff DOSE NOT CARE FOR THE WELL BEING OF THEIR PATIENTS. There are very few employees on the floors who actually put the PATIENT FIRST. I work in the medical field and if I ever made a patient wait for a period that long I would that I would be able to find another job. What if that was your Mother, would you want her to be put on the back burner like that. I would hope not. I hope the (HOSPITAL) can clean up their act or get freher and more alert people in there to do the job.
