My family member was at this facility for a week in Aug/2022. Was dropped twice in front of the family and then lied about dropping. They are SEVERELY Understaffed and turn over is EXTREME! Food - is garbage and severed cold and whenever they feel like it. Laundry - no staff so good luck getting cleaned up at all. Response to call lights average 45+ mins! Nurse "H" on rehab side is abusive to patients. The police are called to this facility often due to neglect.

They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They cancelled appointments just hours before they were to occur and said they'd 'get back to me'-yet, never did. They excluded me from my mother's care and went as far as to ignore her stroke symptoms for 24 hrs...almost costing her life and causing multiple health complications..
