uneven care very good with right nurse's aides

What I found annoying is the constant pressure from one employee to have me purchase her telephone service. Yes, that's right. She was nice to you all the time until you told her no you were not interested in buying telephone service from her. She even had flyers printed up on her employers copy paper. Soon as I walked in or called to speak to someone I know who was placed there, she was on me. And she used her employers copy paper too. What nerve! Plus they are too quick to place the elderly in diapers because they cant be bothered to stop and assist someone with a broken leg to the bathroom who is not incontinent. And why would an 90 year old woman need a prescribed vaginal antibiotic cream. They tried to blame it on perfumed soap but after using the same soap there for 4 years, it's not the soap but poor care.
