They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable.
