If you have an Emergency Situation there are very few shifts that will serve you fast enough. You could be sitting in ER while they play around for hours. For example, does it really take 9 hours to figure out you have bronchitis? Here it does. The staff is so slow, and at time it doesn't seem like they know what they are doing. Some shifts are great, but most of them move too slow. I'd only go here again if I was unconscious and was dragged here.
