When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
