I provide free (pro bono) services to those in need in our community through Give An Hour (GAH), an organization that provides free mental health services to military personnel and their families, and through the Maryland Pro Bono Counseling Project.
Dr. Drexler has an “integrative” approach to therapy. Instead of strictly adhering to one technique or another, she individualizes your treatment and draws on what will best help you. She makes use use of her training across theoretical models, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT,) psychodynamic theory, and mindfulness-based practices, to find the approach that serves you best.
She offers a warm and compassionate setting for therapy, and provides support and practical feedback to help you address life challenges. She offers a highly personalized approach tailored to your needs.
