I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. One thing I really liked, was that they kept me updated about where I was at in the recovery process, and how long before I would be fully recovered. It gave me more of an idea about how much time I could expect to be recovering, and encouraged me on all the progress I had made.
