I have seen Alyson regularly over the past 3 years for acupuncture and shiatsu. The first time I saw her, I was a grad student: overworked and completely stressed out. I was nervous because I thought the needles might hurt, but Alyson reassured me that acupuncture is usually very relaxing. That treatment and those to follow were just that, and it became a routine. Over time, Alyson worked with me on ways I could reduce stress on my own, and supported me through many life changes. If you are looking for an intuitive, knowledgeable acupuncturist, I highly recommend her!
