It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I wish they would update their equipment a little more. It was fairly current, nothing special though. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
