They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me- it has taken nearly ONE YEAR for me to receive my medical records to transfer to my current docort. The attendant said she was the only person in the office and has a pile of papers to fax... she told me that 2 months ago and 4 months ago.. and nearly a 11 months ago. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
