I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.
