They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I will with no question recommend them to everyone I know in need of an internist. I was so pleased with their high quality of care. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Being the staff takes as much time as possible with me and every patient they see,, there WILL be a wait. People in the waiting room getting impatient makes me angry! IF they dont like to wait for a kind, courteous Health Care Professional, then they need to change doctors.. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. In the event of an emergency, they have seen me the day I called or early the following day;even saturdays. My provider, Michael Hall, is a true professional who takes time to explain my health concerns to me. I have never felt 'rushed' in the exam room.We need more Doctors like Dr Schlau and his staff..They are the BEST!!

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
