I liked Dr. Andrews immediately. She didn't talk down to me and had a LOT of information I hadn't been able to glean on my own. She was respectful re: all my questions re: diet and its effect on UTIs, etc. All in all I was VERY glad I stumbled on her. She's bright and covered all the bases too. Explaining to me the order in which we were going to be exploring various options/ steps toward a solution to recurrent UTIs... She didn’t rush my appointment at all, and made sure every question I had was answered before I left.
