The chairs in their waiting room were fine; I didn't sit long before being called to see the surgeon. They did not dismiss my concerns as unimportant, but instead took every concern of mine seriously. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They went out of their way to make me feel respected and cared for.
