Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
