They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were friendly and made me feel at home.
