They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. I was a little disappointed with how hard they were to reach in an emergency. They eventually called me back, but by then I had already gotten someone else to help me. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
