I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I told everyone how great they were the first chance I got. I have never had better service or care at any other dermatologist.
