They knew everything about all the latest medical advancements, and they even knew about ones that had occurred very recently. It was obvious that they kept up on their research. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment at all. They were ready for me fifteen minutes after I arrived. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
